Most journeys take roughly 14 to 20 months from consultation to birth: matching and screening, treatment cycles, then the pregnancy itself. Your case manager keeps you updated at every stage.

Healthy women aged 21–38 who have given birth to at least one child of their own, had pregnancies free of major complications, don't smoke, and have a supportive home environment. If you're unsure whether you qualify, apply anyway, our coordinator will advise you honestly.

No. We facilitate gestational surrogacy only: the embryo is created with the intended parents' or donors' eggs and sperm, so the baby is not genetically related to you.

Surrogacy involves the normal medical considerations of IVF and pregnancy, which is why thorough screening comes first and all medical care is provided at reputable clinics at no cost to you. You'll also receive independent counselling before you commit, so your decision is fully informed.

Compensation is agreed clearly and in writing before the journey begins, and paid on an agreed schedule, not left to promises. All medical costs are covered separately; they never come out of your compensation.

Yes, profiles shared with intended parents are anonymised. Your identity is protected under our confidentiality practices and Ghana's Data Protection Act.

Current medical evidence does not show that a properly managed donation cycle reduces your future fertility. The clinic team explains the process, its effects, and any risks in person before you consent, and you can withdraw at any point before donation.

Egg donation typically involves clinic visits over a 2–4 week cycle. Sperm donation involves shorter, scheduled appointments. We plan around your work and studies.

No, and that's deliberate. We are an independent consultancy that coordinates reputable partner clinics on your behalf. Medical procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals at those clinics; we manage the journey around them and advocate for you.
