Who we are
Life Choice Consult (“we”, “us”) is a surrogacy and fertility consultancy located at Osu Link, Ako-Adjei, Accra, Ghana. We are the data controller for information collected through lifechoiceconsult.com. We operate in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: contact details (name, phone, email, city or country) and the information you provide in application or inquiry forms, such as your age range and eligibility answers. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, assess donor and surrogate applications, schedule consultations, and coordinate services you have asked for. We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give when submitting a form and can withdraw at any time.
How it's handled
Form submissions travel encrypted (HTTPS) and are delivered directly to our coordination team's mailbox; this website itself does not store your submissions in a database. Within our team, access is limited to the people handling your case. Sensitive medical assessment happens at partner clinics under their own medical confidentiality obligations, not through this website.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share your identity with intended parents or donors without your explicit permission, matching profiles are anonymised. We never publish anything you send us.
Your rights
Under Act 843 you may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email lifechoiceconsultfert@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will act within 14 days.
Retention
Inquiries we no longer need are deleted. Application records for active journeys are kept for the duration of the journey and for the period required by our legal and professional obligations, then deleted.
